Emerging Artists Program

The Emerging Artists program is a professional training opportunity for men and women ages 18 - 24. Students are self directed, highly motivated and engaged within the community, allowing for a well rounded experience.

The Emerging Artists program focuses on allowing artists to delve into discovering their artistic voice, while elevating and fine tuning their ballet, modern, and diasporic techniques.

Admission is available through audition ONLY. Students interested in admission, should have previous dance training in ballet, modern and/or contemporary dance styles, meet program age requirements and be available for a FULL 1 year commitment of classes and performances.

Apprenticeships and work studies provide ongoing paid performance, teaching and/or administrative opportunities, as well as help to cover the cost of classes and attire. College credit may also be available for artists currently enrolled in an accredited BFA/MFA program.
